Refund Policy
1. Return Eligibility

Return requests must be submitted within 3 days of confirmed delivery.

All returns require prior approval from service@wishbonemerch.us before being sent back.

Items must be unused, in original condition, and include all original packaging and components.
2. Return Shipping

If the return is not due to a defect, damage, or our error, the customer is responsible for shipping costs.

Exchanges are processed only after the original item is received, inspected, and any applicable reshipping fees are paid.

Return shipping fees are reimbursed only if the return is due to our error or defective merchandise, with reimbursement not exceeding 50% of the product’s value.
3. Damaged, Defective, or Missing Items

Customers must notify us within 10 days of delivery.

Retain all original packaging, including boxes, protective materials, and packing slips.

For missing items or quantity discrepancies, an unboxing video is required; photos alone are insufficient.
4. Refund Processing

Once the returned item is received and inspected, refunds are issued within 7 business days to the original payment method.

Items purchased during promotions or with discounts are not eligible for refunds.
