Refund Policy

1. Return Eligibility

  • Return requests must be submitted within 3 days of confirmed delivery.

  • All returns require prior approval from service@wishbonemerch.us before being sent back.

  • Items must be unused, in original condition, and include all original packaging and components.

2. Return Shipping

  • If the return is not due to a defect, damage, or our error, the customer is responsible for shipping costs.

  • Exchanges are processed only after the original item is received, inspected, and any applicable reshipping fees are paid.

  • Return shipping fees are reimbursed only if the return is due to our error or defective merchandise, with reimbursement not exceeding 50% of the product’s value.

3. Damaged, Defective, or Missing Items

  • Customers must notify us within 10 days of delivery.

  • Retain all original packaging, including boxes, protective materials, and packing slips.

  • For missing items or quantity discrepancies, an unboxing video is required; photos alone are insufficient.

4. Refund Processing

  • Once the returned item is received and inspected, refunds are issued within 7 business days to the original payment method.

  • Items purchased during promotions or with discounts are not eligible for refunds.
